- Overview
Our program is different than a traditional 12-step treatment program. We provide an integrated system of care that utilizes best clinical and medical practices, comprehensive patient measurement and engagement tools, and systems that ensure each individual receives a complete, individualized course of treatment. Because we see addiction as a multi-faceted disease that impacts different domains of an individual’s well-being, we offer variety of behavioral therapies, physician-based care, and Medication Assisted Treatment when clinically indicated. This combination is more effective than any single approach.
Individuals remain onsite during treatment, receiving around-the-clock medical and mental health support and care.
We believe the best treatment for individuals includes personalized plans that address all of the physical, emotional, behavioral, and social aspects of addiction. Our physician-directed treatment includes several hours of group therapy along with three individual therapy sessions every week.
At Turning Point Centers, we support individuals as a lifelong partner through their journey toward healing and recovery from the disease of addiction and mental health. Our compassionate team treats addiction as a chronic, progressive disease. And because our team understands that addiction is a disease that impacts individuals differently, we provide a variety of Behavioral Therapies and Medication-Assisted Treatment options when appropriate. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) employs a “whole-patient” approach to substance use disorder treatment, combining counseling and behavioral therapies with FDA-approved medications.
